Driving past a field of poppies and I just had to stop.

My friend's dog Shadow enjoys a forage on the beach at Kilmuckridge, Co Wexford, Ireland. There was no post-editing work done on this photograph I was lucky enough to capture the wonderful light "in-camera".

Although I took this in October it still had a Summer evening feel to it. I got a lot of strange looks when I pulled over to take this.

Sometimes, photography is just about being in the right place at the right time. I had to tweak the exposure slightly but sun breaking through the clouds was just good timing.

Working in the outdoors is a blessing for many reasons, but not least for the photo opportunities.

The landscape of Lanzarote is truly stunning. This is not the greatest shot as it was taken on my phone from a fast moving vehicle. But I love the alien look of the lava in the foreground and the volcanoes in the distance.

On a recent climbing trip to the French Alps, we discovered this beautiful spot to swim and relax when it got too hot to climb.

As the title says, this is a long exposure shot of the moon over Moraira bay in Spain.

The floods we have in Worcester at the moment certainly change the landscape but they take nothing from the beauty of the city.
